All you need to join the team, is a caring nature and willingness to learn. We provide training, including specific training where needed.
We will let you know if this is necessary when you get in contact. It is always useful to have a drivers licence and an available car, to travel to and from clients' homes (we pay travel-time fees).
However, it is not always necessary. You may be able to walk to and from clients' homes depending on your location, our clients' locations, and our availabilities.
Yes. You will be providing personal care to our clients when needed. You will be told about our clients' and will have read their care plans before you begin supporting them. You will also complete a series of shadow shifts (where you observe calls) before you begin.
After recruitment has finished and all checks have been completed, you will be shadowing other members of the team around the community. In Southampton and surrounding areas.
Our shop front is located in Bitterne precinct. We have a bright pink shop front so you can't miss us! We are open Monday-Friday 8am-4pm.
