Live-in care
A trained carer will live with you full-time, usually swapping 1 week off, one week on, with another carer. They will ensure all your needs are met and will care for the service user full time, offering support in your home.
Personal care
This could include washing, dressing, medication, catheter care. And more depending on personal needs.
Social visits
In which a carer will make and be involved in any appointments, any shopping that may be needed, trips out, wellbeing checks, phone calls or emails, or just being there to keep the service user company, with a nice chat and a cup of tea.
Domestic
Carers will also clean, cook, feed, do laundry, do washing up, and more. If and when needed.
Please note – care is subject to change and is based on personal situations and needs of the service user – which will be discussed in the assessment.
Assessments
Before we start caring for a client, a member of our management team will conduct an assessment. This is where a staff member will meet the client in their home and discuss the care they may need or want. This is so we can ensure we are able to provide the best quality care, considering all your needs and making sure the service user is also happy with the care we are able to provide, before we continue with it. This helps us to get to know the service user and how we can care for them in their home.

Health Safety and Safeguarding
Our highest priority is our service users’ safety and wellbeing. We ensure our service users’ are fully safe by carefully selecting kind carers who have a passion for looking after people. We only employ individuals with full DBS checks and provide mandatory training. We conduct regular spot checks, where we check on carers’ unannounced to check that they are providing the best care.
Employees have a duty of care, that if a carer witnesses any safeguarding concerns, they are to report it immediately.
Please contact us or safeguarding if you have concerns about you or your loved one.
